I’m taking up my Chinese book again and trying to relearn it. As well as my Spanish. I try to think in Spanish, it makes it easier to talk in Spanish if I’ve already thought of what I want to say.
It makes no sense to me why I try to learn these languages, they are my second choice languages. I would so prefer Italian and Japanese. Once I get better with my Chinese I’m going to start in on Japanese, but that is where I have to stop. If I try to learn any more languages, I’ll end up like my linguistics professor. I’ll try to say something but won’t remember how to say it in English.
I called ODADAS (Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services) today. I called Friday and the lady said the woman I needed to talk to about my application would be back Monday. Well, she wasn’t. Turns out she comes back next Monday. That would have been nice to know. So I left a message. I’m going to bug her until she hires me!
I also found some good online books for programming and web design. Allison, I’m still up for helping you with HTML. Let me know when you want to practice.
