College Chef
So as I was cleaning my kitchen this afternoon I was thinking, “What can I do that will consume some of this crazy thing I have called free time, but at the same time, make some sort of difference.”
Then I came back to that same thought as I was kneading my homemade pizza dough. I thought “What do I enjoy doing? What would my friends enjoy if I were to force them to read my drivel on a blog?”
Finally, as I was cutting the tomatoes for my White Bruschetta Pizza, I realized, “I cook for my friends. And I’m a recent college graduate on a budget. But I love to entertain.”
So I’m going to start another blog (This is my personal space) and create a cooking blog. Yeah, I know, there are millions of them already. But I have good insights, too. And I think it will be fun; fame or failure.
I’m excited.
P.S. I made too much pizza, someone please come and eat it! :D
